All international guests are required to pay in US Dollars. Companies registered in India, and individuals holding Indian passports are required to pay in Indian Rupees only. For rates in Indian Rupees, please contact us by clicking here.

All international handling charges per destination, and destination levy charges are extra, and are to be paid by the guest in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING: For Confirmation of air charter  booking, we require 100% advance based on the indicated flying time, overnight stay, waiting charges, etc. as estimated, by Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque in favour of "Span Air Pvt. Ltd." payable in New Delhi.

CANCELLATION: In case of Cancellation within 48 hours, 50% of the charter cost will be deducted as Cancellation Charge. No refund will be given after take off.

MINIMUM CHARGE: A Minimum of 2 hours flying time will be charged for any flight, per day, when booked.

INDEMNITY: Customers taking the charter indemnify Span Air Private Limited, it's Company Directors and Employees against any claim, liability, and risk against any unforeseen incidents during and after the flight.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Should the flight be curtailed/cancelled/diverted/held over due to factors beyond our control (like weather or customer health), or flying time is longer than that indicated (due to ATC clearance/density of air traffic/wind and weather conditions/etc) payment will have to be made on the basis of actual flying time/overnight halt/waiting/etc. over and above the pre-flight estimated amount.

CREW CHARGES: Boarding, Lodging and Local Transportation for the Crew is to be arranged for and paid by the Customer outside New Delhi beyond 2 hours detention, or paid to us as per the rates given per aircraft.

OUTSTATION FUEL: Cost of transportation of drums for positioning of fuel us to be paid by the Customer, if and where applicable.

DISPUTES: All disputes will be settled as per Indian Laws and under the jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi.
